Like failing to fix an engine problem because they never were taught how an engine works. So it seems like "it's just the way things are".

But what if that's not the way things are?

What if, instead of resigning yourself to coping with stress, anxiety, addiction, depression, overwhelm, ptsd, or getting "triggered", you could simply learn to live in a way that makes them not come around anymore?

That is what I was after.

I had already spent 18 years of my life trying and failing to find a way out of my own depression, stress, anxiety, and addictions in every way I could think of :

Basically, the works. I certainly learned some great things, but all I ever found was temporary freedom with a whole bunch of guilt and worry about going back.

Yet something inside me screamed, “No! This can’t be it!”

Spending a life “not doing something” or "managing" something I hated was not a life worth living for me. So, I searched and searched until I found a simple and direct way to uncover how the engine actually works – what the real issues were, how to solve them so they don't come back, and how to retrain my mind and body to do this for me without constantly having to work at it.

It took 5 years to figure all this stuff out on my own and several more to figure out exactly how to make this work for people with different backgrounds and struggles.

It Starts... (1-5 days)

Time to figure out exactly what you are dealing with. You'll do a few Initial assessments of your situation plus get clear on what you're really after. These include:

  1. Measuring your baseline mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

  2. Establishing your markers for measuring success

This will likely take a total of around 3-4 hours of work (~20ish minutes a day). Then we can really get cracking!

How soon does the program start?

You’ll get immediate access and can get started as soon as you sign up.

What is the time commitment?

I built this program with the idea that it NOT take over your life. I also hate being overwhelmed by things, so this is something you can take at your own pace.

I recommend 20-30 minutes a day, but if life throws you a curve ball or you get sick, don’t worry about “getting behind”. You’ll only be able to do the next step of the program once you’ve done the one you’re on (no matter how long that takes).

How long will it take me to finish the program once I start?

If you take this one level a day, it’ll take you about 60 days to complete everything. Most people finish in about 90 days (because, like me, they like to enjoy their weekends or taking a little extra time on some of the steps to really make sure they’ve got it.)

There’s no expiration date. What matters is that you really see and feel the changes happening. We’ve even had a few people find the freedom they were looking for without ever finishing the program. Freedom is what we’re after, not checking off some boxes.

What makes this program different from others I have seen?

I certainly learned some helpful things from many of the programs I tried over the years, but most of them were either only focused on getting rid of the behavior (not dealing with the core issue) or on just one narrow part of the issue — my thinking.

Those are definitely important; however, both the thoughts and the behaviors are symptoms of a much deeper pattern. And THAT was what kept me stuck in a cycle. But nobody was talking about the where that pattern came from and how it was also linked to my body, my breath, my movement, etc.

Once I started addressing ALL of those fundamentals in some key ways, the addictive tendencies started going away almost on their own - without the struggle. So this is a much more holistic approach to living joyfully in such a way that addiction goes away by itself. 

It takes the focus off of fighting an addiction and instead trains you on how your mind and body work so that they begin to produce freedom and happiness by default.

It’s a bit of work in the beginning, but in the long run, it’s the lazy way out. Because once you become freedom, it just goes with you wherever you go.

Is this going to be really heavy emotional stuff all the time, or will I actually enjoy this process?

Look, I love to laugh and be goofy and actually enjoy myself. My hunch is that most people do, too. So I built this a bit like a game (levels instead of lessons, etc). 

And there are plenty of dad-jokes, goofy antics, and ridiculous analogies in just about every level we have you do because the point is to actually enjoy your life even when dealing with tough stuff.

Remember, the focus here isn’t on fighting off the enemy but on learning to live so joyfully and free that there simply isn’t room for addiction anymore.

Will I get extra support if I get stuck or confused?

Absolutely! You will be able to ask questions all along the way with yours truly answering most of them (because I care). 

We will also send you a link to schedule up to 2 coaching calls to use at any time during the program. Most people use them toward the end when we are digging into some of the deeper emotional stuff, but you can use them any time. 

What if I need or want a lot more 1-on-1 support?

Can I go through the whole program again once I’m done?

Absolutely! We’ve had lots of people go back through to reinforce what they’ve learned – especially the 2nd phase of the program because of just how profoundly transformative it is.

You’ll have access to it as long as we’re around (or as long as the internet exists).

What if I want to join but can’t afford it right now?

We can help you get creative. Other people have found a way through (crowdfunding, asking family and friends, selling stocks, opening a line of credit, donating plasma, etc.) If you would like some additional ideas feel free to contact us.

What this comes down to is whether or not this really is important for you. If it is, we’d love to figure out how to make it work. 

What if I don’t know if I’m ready to give up pornography yet?

Then you would be normal. Lots of people don’t want to admit that, but they soon realize just how much pornography has actually been the thing that has helped them cope with or survive the stress of life. 

Makes sense that they wouldn’t feel ready to give it up, right? But as soon as they learn other ways of coping and then how to get rid of the stress or loneliness or overwhelm in the first place, they realize they don’t need what pornography was giving them anymore.

Those skills are what you’ll start learning on day one of the program.

Do I have to grow a beard like Bob for this to work?

I know that’s a silly question, but I want you to know that you don’t have to be like me (or any of the other hundreds of people who’ve succeeded with this program) for this to work.

This is about you finally getting a chance to learn all the things you should have been taught growing up about how your mind and body actually work to produce happiness and well-being with as little work as possible.

It’s like learning to drive a car. The skills are more or less the same for most vehicles. That’s what you’ll learn here. Where you choose to drive once you know how is up to you.
